Returns and refund
Overview
We hope you love your items and that they bring joy and delight to your home. Each piece is crafted with care and thought, with the aim to give that special something to your living space.
We take great care to package and ship your items so that your package arrives safely. However, if you are unhappy with our product or need to return your item(s), please see our return policy below.
STANDARD ORDERS
Returns of unopened, unaltered products in the original packaging are allowed within 30 days of delivery date of your order. All returns will be processed minus shipping to the customer’s original form of payment.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not returnable unless they are defective or have a verifiable quality issue. Photo approvals of the defect must be approved.
Process
To process a return, please email us at support@bejeweledhome.com with your order number and subject line “RETURN- [Order #….]”.
Important Note
Our products are made from natural stones and may contain natural inclusions, cracks, and other imperfections. Returns for items damaged in transit will be honored. Please report any transit damage immediately.
